Called from out of town to place an order for an arrangement for a funeral. Left a message on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Today is Thursday and still have not gotten a call back. The Ivy shop has been around since I was a kid but I'm not sure how they stay in business with such horrible customer service. The message claims that she is with a customer or on the phone but I guess returning phone calls is not a priority. Very Disappointed!!!!!!
