The billing department is crazy - will not submit proper paper work, can not pay credit card copay after midnight, disorganized and will not submit the physician bill to insurance !
My nurse was truly amazing but my doctor truly was in unsympathetic. Do not go her for the doctors. They are rude and don't take consideration of your past history and assume everything heals it's self. I was in pain and he basically said I don't care and just walked out. Really inconsiderate and tried to compare his country to United States and how they did things and how out country has a problem. He tried telling me how his family member had same problem so I shouldn't complain
Very Professional staff.
Amazing ER room. Very short wait time. Truly wonderful nurses. The doctor doesn't have the best bed-side manner but as an ER doc he doesn't really need one. Any deficiences on his manner is more than made up by the nurses and other staff.
