Good local store very hospitable
The purpose of this visit was to look at Case knives (the location is listed as an authorized dealer). The display is right next to the service desk area, and it was better than 15 minutes before anybody that worked in the store offered help or asked if I'd like to see anything. Needless to say... my money was spent elsewhere.
