WORST DENTIST EVER!!!!!!!!!!
The building is small, and has limited seating, but the customer service and patient care is excellent. I definitely recommend Dr. Howard. His staff is also friendly.
Saw me within 48 hours of me calling. They are always busy and sometimes difficult to get on the phone, but I when I couldn't wait 3 months to see a dentist in my area they took care of me. Also, Dr. Howard was fantastic!
My wife and I are new to this practice, but have been pleased with our experience thus far. Dr. Howard is friendly and personable; he seems to have great rapport among his patients. They offer Saturday clinics bi-weekly. We love the Saturday appointments, and have taken full advantage of not having to use sick leave or take off of work for a visit to the Dentist.
Must say I was very skeptical because of the fact that this is Quincy and it’s very hard to find good customer service. I called with a horrible toothache, they saw me the very next day. Staff was very courteous and friendly. The Dentist provided me with alot of information and was able to save my tooth. I will be going back at the end of the month for cleaning. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and relieving my pain.
Humm. Where to begin. Well for starters they never answer the phone. I had to show up in person after a week of calling them just to get an appointment. They did however get me in ASAP once I asked for an appointment and removed my wisdom tooth and molar. At first everything went well. After the novacaine wore off the pain was relentless, I went back he removed what he said was the problem pice (HE WAS A DICK ABOUT IT) still no change in pain. After 2 weeks of dealing with it I finally went to the E.R. they had me there overnight and brought in a dentist of there own to remove what was still in my mouth. 3 large pieces were removed that made up well over half the root. The E.R.s recommendation was to fined a new dentist and a few of the nurses referred to what was in my mouth as a hack job.
I was in an out and got a bad tooth pulled the day I called. I was very impressed.
