The name of this new restaurant/bakery/prepared foods store is pronounced Dam-if-I-know in "in Southern." Be sure to ask a staff member to show you how that name was chosen. More importantly, while the menu is limited, what they serve is first class. Great sandwiches and light foods, breads, and desserts all made from scratch from an organic farm owned and operated by family members from one of the restaurant's owners. The atmosphere is quaint and retro-old North Florida. Worth a trip from Tallahassee and other nearby locations, especially for lunch or Saturday brunch I was told. It's also open for breakfast which i haven't had. Damfino's bakery is excellent, especially the bread. And there are other treats such as prepared foods to take home and local products such as honey and diary products. I stumbled into Dafino's when i was in Quincy last week for business. Go for it.

The food was wonderful and the staff were extremely friendly. Will definitely be back!

We were visiting from out of state and with limited breakfast choices we decided to come here because it looked like a place with a home cooking style breakfast. We were very disappointed in what we had based on the price. The biscuits were dry and everything else was just so so. I would choose Waffle House over this place if that had been a choice. I don't understand how you make a breakfast that is not outstanding except for thinking that they are cutting corners on cost which should not be the case based on what we paid. The employees were friendly and service was good so that helps get to 3 stars. I could cook breakfast here and get 5 stars every time it is not that hard.

Great place to get a meal, employees are wonderful, helpful and friendly. The food and ingredients are locally sourced when possible and very high quality, you can also purchase prepared foods to go and local fruits/vegetables out of the display case. If you're in the area do your self a favor and be sure to stop by, it is worth the drive from Tallahassee or even farther away to try this great local eatery!

Excellent Food, Awesome Service, nice people. The fresh semilina bread is so good we bought a loaf!!
